Winters in Iraq are very harsh, especially for those who live in poverty. In such circumstances, blankets become a critical lifesaver and provide some level of comfort.

Thus, Najaf Campaign has continually distributed Blankets during the winters since 2006. Blankets have been distributed at a camp site housing displaced refugees, as well as Najaf residents living in poverty. Blankets have also been distributed in the thousands to tents which house the pilgrims heading to the Holy city of Kerbala.
